This card was created for a first Birthday with a construction theme for the party. I always enjoying making this little balloon card. I cut out the balloons using my cricut.

The front is adorable, and then what a fantastic surprise on the inside. It will be a HUGE hit!
This card is a gift all by itself. I can imagine it being opened and re-opened time and again--and saved in a scrapbook to look back on. :-) -B
