Treasure Life

This card was made with the CTMH stamp set Treasure Life.  The ink I used was all CTMH, Pacifica, Amethyst and Petal.  I used first and second generation stamping to get the affect I was looking for in the Pacifica (dark blue).  Next with the Amethyst I inked the stamp again and along the edge of the stamp with a sponge dauber inked on Petal.  The sentiment is also from that stamp set.  I added some Prisma Glitter on some of the lighter foliage.  Used a Fiskars punch for all the corners.  I set the front of the card on first Amethyst and then Pacifica.

Also gave the inside of the card a little make over.  Using the same technique as the front of the card.

Thank you for coming by my blog today,  Have a great weekend, sending smiles your way, Joanie

My favorite detail on this beautiful card is how you used the two colors of ink to distress the edge of the top layer on the front carrying over the ink colors of the flowers. Such a lovely touch! Thanks for sharing your art and joining us at Heart2Heart Challenges this week!

Love blues and the stamp set! Glad you used the "long" sentiment, too. Don't you just love skinny matting? Me, too. Thanks for sharing on H2H!
