The CTMH color Crystal Blue was the soft color used in this little card. I bought a couple new Cuddlebug folders and I used both of them in this project. The outside frame is called Pinking Stitch, and then I set in a panel of Polka Dots in the center of the frame. I also used a tag from Spellbinders to place my sentiment on. I have used the little Rose stamp before and like it so much that used it again.
