How to Make a Pop Up Card
This card was made using the CTMH Stamp Set "Aspirations." The inks used were,
Topiary, Sunset and Sunkiss Yellow. This card was really allot of fun to make and easy to do. It even folds flat for mailing.
Cutting you paper at 4 1/4" x 11"
Next score at: 1", 2 3/4", 3 3/4", 5 1/2", 7 1/4", 8 1/4", 10"
You now need to make your opening for the center pop up, at the 5 1/2 score line cut along that score line 1/2 inch from each edge.
Make your center pop up card now, the measurements for this are 3" x 5 1/2" When I made mine I decreased the measurement by 1/4 inch for each layer of card stock used.
Next you insert your pop up card in the center slit. You need to add tacky tape to each end of the card. Place your card on the tacky tape at bottom edge of the fold, then continue with the other end with tacky tape. Now you can decorate .
