Dutch Blue

CTMH has such pretty colors for there cardstock and inks.  This color is called Dutch Blue, very, very pretty color.  I decided I would make a card just focusing on this color.
The background I scored at one inch intervals in a diagonal pattern.  I then took the CTMH sanding block and sanded the score lines.  I used the stamp set "Sweet Moments"
for the cute little design that I heat embossed in silver.  The Happy Birthday is from the new stamp set "4 My Friend"  just love it.  A MS punch for the circle and the border.  Added some little butterflies in silver for the finishing touches.
