I again made a card from the Lucy Paper Packet, (CTMH). The pink floral border is from the AP Cricut cartridge page 63 in the booklet. I added Prisma Glitter to the border of flowers and then added the bling. The edging on each side is a fabric trim that I am putting to good use.
