This is a very cute Precious Moments stamp that I have. I finally made it up today. We have been missing the Grandchildren as you can tell. I had fun putting this little card together.
I stamped the image on white, inked the edge in CTMH (Gypsy), and used the water brush and CTMH ink to give it the color. I used a MS punch for the border around the image and also along the top and side of the card. The patterned paper is something I had. I used the computer to type the sentiment. Also Gypsy and Yellow cardstock. I double mounted the image first with the MS punch and then a scallop edge in Gypsy.

This card makes me want to hop in the car with the kids and head to your house. You did a very sweet job here. I like the way you inked the scallop to make the layer underneath stand out. Way to go! :-)
