Hello there, I used the CTMH paper packet Mayberry for these cards. I had fun making them so I hope you also enjoy them.
This stamp is a precious moments stamp that I have. I just love these little guys. Reminds me so of when my own children were this age. I think that is the reason I love them so.
This card was made with a Stampscapes stamp. I just used Olive ink and carried the color throughout the card. Gave it the look I was looking for. Also the sentiments are from Hero Arts. The Kraft Boarder is a CTMH product.
This card was also made with Mayberry paper. The sentiment is from CTMH Grateful Hearts Stamp Set. The card itself is called a Center Stair Step Card. I have the directions if you would like them.
I had a question about the size, and fold of this card. I started with a 12" piece of card stock. I knew what size stamp I was going to use so that really dictated the finished size for me. The card above was 5 1/2" tall, and 6" wide. Below is I hope a helpful pic of how I folded it. The smaller side of the card was scored at 2". With a very helpful tip from my daughter she showed me how to get the two sides to meet seamlessly. Bring the two sides together and then set in your fold. I hope that this helps. Have a great day! Smiles coming your way, Joanie
Well I hope that you find this collection of cards useful to you and whatever you are working on.
Thanks so much for coming to my blog, have a wonderful week, sending a smile your way, Joanie
WOW! These cards are really, really, really neat! I like how you used the Mayberry paper on all of them--but that they each turned out so different. It's a great example of the versatility of CTMH paper packs. :-)
ReplyDeleteLove all of these, but the last one is my favorite. Could you post size of card and at what length your folds are done for this style card. I just have to give this one a try.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the directions, can't wait to try these.
ReplyDeleteMayberry has become one of my most special paper packs and I just love what you have done with the Precious Moments card. I have loads of Precious Moments stamps and can't wait to try them with Mayberry. Thanks for sharing!:)
